Thus, from the moment you contact us to the point at which you pay your bill, you and your windows will receive personal attention making sure you get what you need, only what you need and that it is delivered in a way that is flexible and responsive to your personal situation. 
We pride ourselves on our transparency making it very clear what you will need to pay and where possible indicate potential issues that may arise.  After so many years of working on 150 year old windows we are quite up front that it’s inevitable that from time to time we find additional issues such as deeply rotted sills and we offer a range of solutions for each problem.  We always consult with you throughout the process seeking your permission for any additional work and keep you informed of what is happening.
Our work with rot repairs emphasis permanency cheap filler or spliced timber repairs are prone to fail in less than 5 years.  Our approach - unless specifically asked to provide cosmetic finishes - is to do the full job that will last many years so you don’t have to keep repeating what you thought you had already done.

We believe we are probably the cheapest quality sash window service available.  We are able to charge 5% VAT for most of our work under Government energy saving legislation so if you are comparing us with others please check to see that you are looking at like for like.
The Sash Window Service and our sister company the 'Sash Window Painters Ltd' are fully insured limited companies. We only employ experienced skilled carpenters and painters who can work to a specification that is right for you and your particular windows all at the best possible price.

Simplysashwindows, Cheltenham, Bristol and Stroud Sash Windows are local trading bases of the Sash Window Service Ltd. The registered office and workshop is at: Highland House, Nympsfield, GL10 3UA. In order to keep its carbon footprint to a minimum we avoid working away from the immediate area the Sash Window Service Ltd operates on a local basis which is deemed to be within a 50 mile radius of its workshop.
