Ideally wooden windows should be painted every 5 - 8 years but it’s not always easy to do so. If you have a number of floors or live above ground floor you will probably need to hire scaffolding However when we have serviced and repaired your windows we can fit an optional cord plug that enables painters to dismantle them from the inside, paint them to a beautiful gloss finish and them reassemble them in the same working order - all correctly balanced on their new cords. Recognising that painting and carpentry are two distinct skill sets we have developed a partnership with one of Gloucestershire's longest established decorating companies to provide professional painting services. Our customers we have told us that they really like the co-ordinated service because they are concerned that having invested in the repair and servicing they want to make sure everything still works brilliantly after painting. For peace of mind if you choose to work with our partners we offer a free post painting check where we come back and make sure all the windows are functioning and fitting as well as when our carpenters left them.
